3、 Main functions and functions
(1)Simulated production line environment (accelerated testing)
Principle: Constant temperature heating and pressure are applied to the cigarette label cardboard through upper and lower heating plates, accurately reproducing the temperature (80-120 ℃) and pressure conditions of the heat sealing film in contact with the cigarette label during high-speed operation of the cigarette wrapping machine.
Value: Transfer potential problems on the production line (such as surface whitening caused by hot pressing) to the laboratory environment for rapid verification, shortening the problem discovery cycle.
(2)Qualitative/quantitative detection of "water mist" defects
Qualitative judgment: The operator visually observes the surface of the heated cigarette label (especially the film covered area or UV light oil area) to identify whether there are visual defects such as whitening, misty patches, or decreased glossiness.
Quantitative assistance (some high-end equipment): Integrated optical sensors (such as haze meters) can objectively quantify the degree of water mist by detecting changes in transmittance or haze values, reducing subjective errors in manual observation.
(3)Process optimization and quality interception
Application scenario: Mainly used for incoming material inspection in cigarette label printing factories and cigarette factories.
