Vacuum Universal Label Inserter (VUTI)
The Vacuumatic Universal Label Inserter is a high-end solution for high-precision online counting and batching of single sheet delivered products such as single sheet paper, commercial printed materials, and packaging. The VUTI system is installed at the delivery end of almost all single sheet paper machines or printing machines, enabling operators to count and batch good copies, isolate prepared or damaged areas, and return accurate quantities to the delivery pile. VUTI comes with a base or machine installation kit. Labels can be triggered by signals from the counting system of the printing or paper cutting machine, or by one of the independent sensor systems provided by Vacuumatic.
